I studied foreign languages and have been working as a freelance translator, guide and tour guide for many years. I guide German and English speaking groups through the old town of Vicenza and to the villas. I work with travel agencies and guests both from abroad and from Italy. Tailor-made city tours can of course be arranged. I have a marked aptitude for interpersonal relationships; I am living proof that shyness can also turn into selfconfidence. I am impartial, sensitive and polite, but also reliable and reserved. 1993- 1997 I worked as customer care and tour leader for renowned tour operators in the U.S.A. and the Caribbean, in Africa, the Far East etc.
