Hi, my name is Ioanna and I am a local guide in Athens as well as an archeologists. I have always been interested in how people lived in the past, how they came to develop ideals as democracy, in how they managed to create exquisite masterpieces as Parthenon, which is not just about aesthetics but incorporates ancient greek ideals and stands in an neverending discourse with the environment. So I studied Archeology, got the experience of unearthing what our ancestors left us, discuss to find the use and meaning of their heirlooms.
