Let's discover the history in the narrow streets of the Gothic old town. We walk slowly around 2 hours and pass the most important and famous sights of this city: the Golden Roof which is covered with 2,657 fire-gilded copper tiles; the Hofburg Imperial Palace, a stunning example of baroque architecture with its beautiful gardens; and the Innsbruck Cathedral, one of the oldest churches in the city. 

This town hosted olympic winter games for 3 times, has seen battles against Napoleon and was bombed massively in the 2nd world-war - so much to speak about.
