Imperial Tour. Or... Fall In Love With Zagreb Ii :)

Most of people who visit Zagreb stick just to the oldest medieval core. But actually, some of my favourite spots in Zagreb are out of that route, but very close. In the second half of the 19th century, under the AustoHungarian Empire, Zagreb developed a new center that we like to call: Lenuci's Green Horseshoe. A great new neighbourhood made up for the elite and aristocracy of the empire and the city shaped up in long boulevards full of gardens forming a green U in the map. Simply breathtaking. Those who maybe had visited Vienna or Budapest will find the link between them. Those who just visited the seaside of Croatia will have the feeling they travelled in space and time. The cherry on the cake would be to have o coffee (or cocktail) like you just run out from an Agatha Christies' novel, at the piano bar of the hotel built for the Orient Express' passengers. A Magical Mistery Tour.
