A walk through the gastro-history of Valencia, from the Romans to the present in the old market districts of the city. Together we will explore the oldest quarter in the heart of the city.

A stroll through the city center visiting markets (Mercado Central and Mercado de Mosen Sorrell), gourmet stores and 2 or 3 bars or tascas to savor some traditional foods such as tapas, dishes or drinks.

The activity in the market districts of the city takes place in the mornings and until 3 pm. An afternoon stroll will exclude the markets, do not miss them. We will coexist with the local population and their customs and uses.
