Hippodrome Of Constantinople + Hagia Sophia

Be ready to feel Eastern Roman Empire (Byzantine)!

* Hippodrome (Column of Constantine, Obelisk, Serpent Column, German Fountain) * Hagia Sophia Walking tour in Hippodrome of Constantinople.

Hippodrome was one of the most popular entartaiment area in Roman Empire. First monument of the tour is Column of Constantine. Then Serpent Column, Obelisk and German Fountain will be visited.

Second stop is Blue Mosque (exterior).

Third stop is AyaSofya (Hagia Sophia). Lower floor is only for Turkish people. Upper floor is open for foreigners and it has an entrance fee (25 Euro / per person). We recommend entering Ayasofya with a maximum of three people otherwise we need to take headphones for the explanation. Because Ayasofya is a mosque, it is always crowded and communication might be difficult.
