During this guided tour we visit the civil town with the Aquincum Museum, the former home of the civilian population, traders and soldiers. We can find here remains of streets, shops, houses and churches built in the II-III century.

But how did it all start? What was there before the Romans settled down? Archaeologists began researching this area more than 100 years ago, slowly uncovering the history of the entire settlement.
